Daniele Coletta is an award winning Italian singer currently based in Rome,Italy. He has been a frequent guest in Italian television and a headlining act in every major festival across Italy. He is famously known from his appearance as a semi finalist on Xfactor 6 in 2012 and has been on demand ever since. Born in the “Eternal City” in 1992, his passion for singing as a child has become a true profession, leading him to stages and studios around the world, as well as being invited to perform at sporting and charity events, where his dream to support the less fortunate with his voice has become a reality.
After winning many national and international festivals as a young singer, his first big break came in 2008 when he was chosen as the protagonist of the first edition of the program “Ti lascio Una Canzone,” broadcast live on RaiUno by the Ariston Theater. During the broadcast, Daniele sang duets with artists such as Al Bano, Fausto Leali and Dionne Warwick.
A turning point in Daniele’s career came in 2012 as a semi-finalist on the Sky TV show "X FACTOR 6.” Daniele was immediately promoted with full marks by all four judges to Simona Ventura's team and finished in the semi-finals in fifth place. During the semifinal of the show, he presented his first single “UN GIORNO IN PIU,’” written for especially for him by American songwriter Gavin DeGraw and adapted in Italian by writers Matteo Valicelli and Mario Cianchi, with the participation of Daniele himself. The single “UN GIORNO IN PIU’"was released on iTunes and in digital stores and immediately reached 7th position among the best selling singles in Italy in just over 24 hours. The single was produced and distributed by Sony Music Entertainment Italy S.p.A.
Daniele has released a new single “Game On” which is set to debut on major radio stations in the United States and Canada and is destined to grace the Top 40 charts.“Game On” is about the world of relationships – how we fall then get back up and it’s game on again. The song has a positive outlook and encourages people to keep fighting, never to give up hope and to never stop loving despite what might have happened in your life. The music video for features Daniele on top of a skyscraper while the viewer is given a glimpse into the building below and can see many scenes from daily life. It tells the stories of many different types of relationships and shows that despite all difficulties, you can still come out on top. The song, written by Riccardo Brizi and Andrea Riso and produced at the STS Recording Studio by Marco Strada, represents Daniele’s true artistic soul: an international sound that unites pop and rock.
Daniele has been compared to Brian Adams, Seal and Michael Bolton vocally based on his sound and timbre and draws his inspirations from contemporary artists such Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith and Bruno Mars.
